on ma blog. would appreciate subscribers, it has RSS ;) at the moment its only being updated once a week or so, but as time goes on i plan on doing it several times a week, and attaching it to my website as soon as i get off my arse and get it up and running
hard to find the time to make a website when i barely have the time to think :(
planning on going on maternity leave in around 4 weeks time, so i will have much more time for sa.n very soon, til baby is born at least!

working, family raising, being pregnant. it all sucks. cant get on the net at work, so i can only do it at home. mia goes to bed roughly 8pm and my bedtime right now is averaging 9pm, coz i am so freaking tired
but i have a scan pic for you all!
baby is officially a boy, and his name will most likely be ethan :) so excited, i'm 21 weeks now, but the next 19 weeks is going to drag so bad, and i have to say, i am a little worried as mia was a very large baby (10lb 1oz!) and they do say your 2nd baby is larger O_O
have some new pictures to post, had my first nude model shoot today that went really well, i am very proud of some of the shots i got today, with the help of the amazingly wonderful andrew from andrewf.com, hes a top guy and an amazing photographer :)

i have had to purge my message center. what with everything going on IRL at the mo i just havent been able to keep on top of my comments and its all gone to shit. i have kept the artwork (thats only 245 right now, on dA i have over 1000
) but had to delete all my comments, faves and watches.
so please please PLEASE accept my apologies, i really wanted to comment everyone of them but if i want to post art and comment on others art (which i have decided to make a special effort for from now on) i just physically cant do it. i had a LOT of them, and every single one is appreciated

a few people have written and given me advice, and a lot of people are expressing forgiveness and speaking to the person, and that hate is a really strong emotion that shouldnt get the best of me, and this is great advice, but due to the nature of whats going on, i just physically cant. i thought i would feel a bit silly writing about it on a journal, but i really need some outside opinion on how my head can get round this.
i really really cannot bear to type out what is going on, but heres a link which will explain a lot.

and due to things i dont wish to discuss right now, the fact is i think that he DID do it, based on information that isnt in the public domain yet.
and hes someone i have known for years, shared a house with, shared a lot of fantastic memories with and even went through the death of a mutual close friend with.
what do you do when you find out that one of your friends might have done something so utterly disgusting and vile that you can barely even think about it?
how do you change your love for that person into hate? is it normal that i find myself wondering why the hate hasnt arrived yet?
will it come in the morning? will it ever come?
but i know that i can never ever speak to him again if its true, and that thought frightens me.
some insight would be nice folks.

but mia is excited on my behalf, coz nothing is more exciting that a birthday to a 6 year old, so we are having cake and candles but they arent really for me

tomorrow i am off to meet [Rubycored] for the first time, hes been a bit down and i'm near him so i decided to FORCE him to meet me i'm in manchester tomorrow afternoon for a course at work, so meeting him midmorning for lunch yay!
totally looking forward to it, sitting in the park and having a natter, should be ace!
i cut all my hair off. yes really! it was very long and i have naturally fine hair so it looked lank and horrid. now its short (just above my shoulders) and ace, i love it!
its my birthday next tuesday :( i feel old, and yet again it will be shit coz we have no money so thats 2 birthdays and 1 christmas with no prezzies at all

I went to see porcupine tree on friday night, and it was amazing. they are very unknown, but anyone who likes progressive rock, radiohead or pink floyd should check them out, as well as opeth fans as the lead singer produced several Opeth albums. have a listen to some of their stuff, and if you like it, go buy their new album, 'fear of a blank planet' because it really is amazing.

had a wonderful weekend, visited my sister who i only found out about in december, got very stoned and had a great time!!
my special thanks goes to [subversive-imaginati] and her lovely flatmate peter, who spoiled mia rotten and bought her a bunch of prezzies, spoiled me by buying me smellies and a gorgeous necklace (which is totally being used next time i take some self portraits!) and lending me about a million books and totally fed us excellent experimental cookery until we were ready to burst! how was the pasta and 'soup' m'dears? ;)
we had a lovely day at their local parks easter fair, mia and dawn both had their faces painted, i'll show you those as soon as i take the pics off my camera phone ;)
an excellent day was had by me and mia, and we thank dawn and peter millions for being so lovely!
oh, and did you hear mia as we drove off? 'LOVE YOU!!!!' she yelled on her way down the street

just quickly passing by to apologise for not being around much in the past couple of days, snowed under with work and still ill :( so at home today, and hopefully doing a shoot with emma (pin-up style!! ) so at least i will have some brand new photos to put up. might even start teaching emma how to work the camera and get a pinup/goth thing going on with the two of us (and shes gorgeous i might add ;) )
tonight i am taking pictures of my sis jen's new baby (3 months old) so even more pictures shall ensue!

sorry. but i have decided to not give my journals names anymore. from now on they will be represented by a different Tommy Cooper joke, the master of the one-liners and a comic genius. so everytime you read my journal, hopefully you'll have a little chuckle as well!

a wonderful project run by the every popular mr anonymous, based on the wonderful website Postsecret. the premise is simple, you send in your digitally made secret and they post it for you, so you can get it off your chest. one of mine has already been posted, and i felt much better afterwards there are some interesting, disturbing, happy, melancholic and downright rude secrets, and the best thing is here we can leave comments and/or opinions about the secrets (which i always felt postsecret was lacking) so its much more interactive.
go add them, submit your secrets and leave advice for other secret posters.

well.
i feel a bit...bleh. like i wanna cry but i dont know why.
is it stupid that i now feel a bit sad over the [sansecrets] submitted about me yesterday?
i've never been thought of like that before by a random person(as far as i know) and i cant figure it out. i've almost convinced myself that it must be someones idea of a joke, or at the very least a friend trying to cheer me up, because i just cant believe that someone would think that about me, and if they really DID know me they would know that it would be totally ok to talk to be about it, i'm so flattered that its ME that'd be nervous. christ, when the boy that smelled of cat wee fancied me when i was 14, and everyone took the mickey, i was secretly flattered anyway
i feel really selfish for feeling like that, but i think its my lack of self-confidence rearing its ugly head as per bloody usual. i just wish someone would put me out of my misery one way or another dammit, i'm SO not used to this.
i dont think being ill helps. had some blood tests today, i'm taking so many pills i rattle when i walk and the doctor says its either anaemia or an under-active thyroid. so i feel like shit.
dammit.
have decided to try and feature at least one piece of art a day that catches my eye.
today the dubious honour goes to [zeronay] (yes i know i have featured her before but she really is wonderful!) for her recent submission 'red hair'
her skin looks beautiful and the light is just yummy. a really wonderful image, well composed and gorgeous!

SOOOOO....i bet you are all wondering what happened?
i dont want to go into too much detail, coz it will bore you but the basics are:
most of you are aware that i have been trying to have discussions about a certain issue with the HD but havent been able to get anywhere. now $lolly saw my last journal, and because of my friendship with certain past...er...'troublemakers' on this site, basically he saw red and thought i was trying to do the same. obvioulsy, you who know me know thats totally not my style, and after taking a little step back and looking at it from $lolly's point of view i decided send one last message to him, which i will copy the main points here:
"its seems you may have misunderstood my intentions on dA.
i was NOT trying to get badfurday unbanned (he fully deserved his ban) or firedarkdragon banned (we settled everything long ago), and i stated this in my HD query. all i wanted was R2 to explain why FDD wasnt punished for naming, abusing, flaming and encouraging abuse of SEVERAL deviants (not just BFD) in her journal, especially after R2 confirmed to me that what she did was specifically a bannable offence, which i commented on but still have had no reply. neither was i trying bait anyone to get a response, the fact that you think so worries me as all i wanted was an answer to ONE question.
my "threat" in my journal was taken out of context, but admittedly was my own fault for not making it clear. the text was linked to SA.N because of a fault with Photobucket's link system and i couldnt figure out how to break the link, and also what i meant by "posting interesting stuff" was that i was prepared to post screencaps of the conversations with R2 if he didnt respond AGAIN or fob me off AGAIN. i was posting that as a warning to him and really as a plea to get some answers. if you care to look at my HD tickets, i have actually BEGGED him to please take my questions as a paying customer seriously but he refused to answer any specifics. that was the motivation for my journal.
i dont know if this makes any difference (and before you say it, i do NOT expect my account to be unbanned) but i just think that you are tarring me with the same brush as BFD and shadowgamers, and i am not at all like them. i have been sending HD tickets for over 3 months regarding this matter and have never had a proper reply, and it escalated into me being made the bad girl, and all i wanted was someone to talk to me about policy violations. i have been a member of dA for nearly 5 years, if i was doing something wrong why didnt you approach me with a warning, especially as you havent let me explain myself? i assure you, if you had the journal would have been removed as i did NOT want all this.
and the one thing i wanted more than anything else? the one thing i was doing this whole thing for? the ONE thing i would have cheered, applauded and downright COMMENDED R2 for?
for him to admit, as everyone else who was involved admits(even FDD herself!) that he made a mistake in not banning her. i am not a bad person, i swear if he had done that, it would have been finished, and my journal entry would have been very different."
thats the basics anyway.
so $lolly also took a step back and looked at things objectivley and realised that maybe he had been a bit judgemental and overly harsh. i wont post his response to that up yon, but needless to say things are pretty much at a truce now, which is totally fine by me.

so everything has to be rebuilt. even my css, and i dont really know how i made that in the first place, it was just clicking buttons if anyone wants to make me some lovely css, i would be most grateful as trying to do it with no knowledge before was hard enough, i totally dont wanna do it again :(

on a side note, i want to thank $lolly for proving me wrong and listening to me. as i'm sure you can imagine, i wasnt expecting that, and CERTAINLY wasnt expecting to be unbanned. cheers dude, redemption is yours my man! :#1:
i want to thank `onestar, he knows what for. everyone go give him love, the guy is a legend and i love him muchly. (on another note, i dreamt last night that he came to visit, and we had a lovely snuggle on my sofa and ste came in and said "aww, look at you two all snuggly!!" and do you know what? it was lovely! `onestar, you are SO getting snuggled for real if we ever meet up, i've already had permission from ste this morning )
and finally everyone here who noted me, and every single one of my friends over at Storm-Artists who basically kick ass.
i still love dA, and i fuckin ADORE SA.N (i'm staff there, in case you didnt know!! :aww: ) and am very happy that this situation has been resolved.
oh, and on one more side note, i HAVENT dropped the reason for HD tickets in the first place, but hopefully i will be getting some reply soon. if only i had got it in the first place!

EDIT!!! i am away tomorrow to resit that exam i failed a few weeks ago. ste is coming with me to keep me company as i will be spending 7 hours driving tomorrow

also, i have quite a lot of models lined up, but still not sorted out my little photography area yet got to get to sewing and stuff for my backdrops and then i will get started! hopefully next week i will be doing a pin-up shoot with emma, we shall see how that goes!

to the artwork i have tattooed on my calf?? [dlnorton] is an extremely talented artist, with some beautiful pin-up style ladies. to be honest, i'm disgusted that he isnt more well known. Ste has already decided to get one of his works tattooed (not sure which one yet, but permission will be soug
